My stay was enjoyable with nice pools, but the air conditioner was ineffective.

The hotel offers a friendly atmosphere with exceptional staff who genuinely care about guests' needs. Cleanliness and easy access to the beach enhance the experience. However, hard beds and noise from nearby bat colonies detracted from the overall comfort. Overall, a great value for the price!

Amazing view and attentive staff

The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for my family! One highlight was that kids under 12 eat free, which made dining enjoyable. Carlos at the front desk was super attentive.

For dads, it would be great to improve the air conditioning system. My kids wished for a cooler room during the hot afternoons.

A solid place for a couple's getaway

Staff was friendly, especially this guy Carlos who helped a lot, even brought us water at night. The pools had a view that kicked ass, perfect for a chill day.

The deluxe room with full ocean view was clean and offered a super comfy bed. The indoor and outdoor pools were great for relaxing and fun for the kids. They even had a fitness center and a kids' pool. Staff were friendly and attentive, with Carlos at reception being especially helpful. The beach access was easy too.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in one of our rooms wasn't working well, which made it a bit uncomfortable during the day. Overall, it was a pleasant trip, and I'd recommend it for families looking for a fun getaway.

Great Stay with a View

Enjoyed five relaxing nights in a spacious King Room with an ocean view. The pools were lovely, but expect lots of families on the weekends. We loved the local cuisine at nearby restaurants. it’s worth exploring! For quieter times, aim for weekdays.

The Holiday Inn Resort Acapulco has beautifully decorated common areas with textured white walls and lovely views of the ocean. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting me with bags and providing thoughtful recommendations for nearby attractions.

More accessible seating near the pools would be great.

I really loved the hotel's great location, just a short walk to Playa Icacos for a stunning beach day, and the nearby House of Culture where I enjoyed some local art and history displays.
